The first step to membership is a complimentary phone session to connect and give you the opportunity to ask questions about Breathing Wellness, and for us to see if we’re a fit for one another to achieve your goals.

Once you sign up for a Breathing Wellness Membership, you’ll fill out an intake form that will give BW more insight into your goals and current wellness state. We will review this together in our first session. Transparency is key!

All Memberships Include:

• Approachable and tangible tasks to help hold yourself accountable and inspire you to stay on track with your goals

• Enjoyable exercises to encourage healthy lifestyle changes and re-program thinking

• Encouraged action plan that we create together

• Resources that will guide and support your growth

• Unlimited E-mail support with 48 hour turnaround

• Custom followup recaps and plans after each session for your records


Membership Options

• Catch a Breath (1 month) : Two 60 min sessions and two 30 min sessions 

• Deep Inhale (3 months) : Six 60 min sessions and six 30 min sessions 

• Release & Exhale  (6 months) : Twelve 60 min sessions and twelve 30 min sessions
